《城事》作品创作的意义在于将西安的历史文化与当代社会相结合，以“坤中巷”为切口，进行视觉图像的数据采集，并且将采集数据进行艺术的加工与创作，以新媒体的方式将面临消耗、损毁物质层面的东西进行数字化档案保存。通过信息可视化、区域地理模型交互、艺术装置、人文影像的方式将艺术与文化、科技相融合，并探讨其背后所蕴含传统与现代、过去与未来之间的关系，重新审视这条古老而又充满活力的街巷，展现坤中巷的视觉记忆。

The significance of the creation of "City Affairs" works lies in combining the historical and cultural aspects of Xi'an with contemporary society, using the "Kunzhong Lane" as a cutting point to collect visual image data, which are processed and created artistically. Materials facing consumption and damage are digitized and preserved through new media. Through information visualization, interaction of regional geographical models, art installations, and humanistic images, art is integrated with culture and technology, and the relationship between tradition and modernity, the past and the future is discussed. This ancient and dynamic street is revisited to show the visual memory of Kunzhong Lane.

坤中巷的改造是西安历史文化资源保护与传承工作中非常重要而又十分艰巨、复杂、繁重的一项工作，这就需要我们全社会共同努力来完成。一方面，我们要加大宣传力度，让更多的人了解到这项工作的重要性；另一方面，我们应该建立健全政府主导、社会参与的体制机制，鼓励社会组织积极参与其中，特别是鼓励社区居民参与街区改造，在坤中巷街区改造过程中应该注重保护传统风貌特色，同时也要尽可能尊重居民的主体地位。文化是一个国家和民族的灵魂，城市更新和旧城改造项目中通过运用信息可视化技术可以实现城市文脉和集体记忆的传承，本课题研究也对信息可视化在城市更新项目中的发展提出了一些建议。

The renovation of Kunzhong Lane is a very important and arduous, complex, and arduous task in the protection and inheritance of historical and cultural resources in Xi'an, which requires the joint efforts of our entire society to complete. On the one hand, we need to increase publicity efforts to make more people aware of the importance of this work; On the other hand, we should establish and improve a system and mechanism led by the government and with social participation, encourage social organizations to actively participate, especially encourage community residents to participate in the renovation of the block. In the process of Kunzhong Lane block renovation, we should pay attention to protecting traditional style and characteristics, while also respecting the main position of residents as much as possible. Culture is the soul of a country and a nation. The application of information visualization technology in urban renewal and old city reconstruction projects can realize the inheritance of urban context and collective memory. This research also puts forward some suggestions on the development of information visualization in urban renewal projects.

此次毕业设计为综合实践项目，通过对老街旧巷改造的文献资料整合与实地调研，结合数字影像、信息可视化、三维建模、虚拟现实等记录手段，根据甲方需求，能够让坤中巷引起更多人的关注，让更多人知道、了解此地。创作关于市井生活人文影像纪录片“城事”；使用三维建模技术，复原该地建筑，复原老照片人物；最终进行信息可视化设计，让观众能够直观了解坤中巷历史变迁与未来风貌，让更多的人通过网络媒体了解城市改造，引起更多人对城市改造的关注，从而提出建设性的设想或意见。

We will create a documentary video about the city life and humanities "City Matters"; use 3D modeling technology to restore the architecture of the place and old photos of people; finally, we will design information visualization, so that the audience can intuitively understand the historical changes and future appearance of Kunzhong Lane, so that more people can understand the urban transformation through online media and draw more people's attention to urban transformation. and thus raise constructive ideas or opinions.
