作品以纪录片的形式记录并推广非物质文化遗产中陕西淳化饸络传统美食文化。从饸络的文化及发展开始，到传承人王师傅在店里一天的生活，再结合其他被采访者的故事，课题以此思路展开文案的策划与脚本制作，试图使得拍摄内容更加丰富生动，以验证人文影像记录是宣传非遗美食的一种理想途径。

The work records and promotes the Hele traditional food culture of Shanxi Chunhua Hele Collateral in the form of documentary. Start from the Hele culture and development, to the day's life of the inheritor Master Wang in the store, combined with other interviewees' stories, the topic will start copywriting planning and script production with this idea, trying to make the shooting content more rich and vivid, in order to verify that the humanistic video record is an ideal way to promote the intangible cultural heritage food.

毕业设计的完成，也象征着我大学四年的结束。在本次设计过程中，首先我十分感谢我的两位导师对我的指导其次感谢我的组员积极的配合。这是我四年来第一次对一个课题有着这么长时间的投入，就像我亲手栽培的一棵小草。在整个设计过程中，也遇到了不同的难题但也都得到了良好的解决，同时也锻炼了自己的能力。

The completion of my graduation project also symbolizes the end of my four years in college. In the process of this design, firstly, I would like to thank my two mentors for their guidance and secondly, I would like to thank my team members for their active cooperation. This is the first time for me to have such a long time of commitment to a subject in the past four years, just like a blade of grass I planted by myself. In the whole design process, I also encountered different problems, but all of them were well solved, and at the same time, I exercised my ability.
