本课题以西安市翠华山白水泥场为例，通过调研发现我国现代化不断发展，城市内部留下部分传统已经闲置或衰败的工业区，旧厂改造迫在眉睫。如何合理的规划这些工业遗址的问题是当今社会的热点。设计首先从焕补新生为基点，并通过引入特色设计，分析工业遗产现状结合本次设计的主要内容，通过分析西安市翠华山白水泥厂场地特征，尝试将焕补应用于白水泥厂工业遗址保护活化中，作者将以西安市翠华山白水泥厂为设计范围，设计将以“焕补新生”的理念为指引。从空间功能，景观搭配等方面进行综合分析规划，其次从场地调研、人群及功能等方面进行分析，提出业态，以此为基础，总结出“四区三带一核心”，“动静结合”。同时设计景观步道连接空间，做出竖向交通为工业遗产保护设计提供帮助。

This project takes the Cuihuashan White Cement Plant in Xi'an as an example, and through research, it is found that China's modernization is constantly developing, leaving some traditional industrial areas that have been idle or decayed within the city. The renovation of old factories is urgent. How to plan these industrial sites reasonably is a hot topic in today's society. The design starts from the perspective of rejuvenation and revitalization, and introduces characteristic designs to analyze the current status of industrial heritage. Combined with the main content of this design, by analyzing the site characteristics of Xi'an Cuihuashan White Cement Plant, the author attempts to apply rejuvenation to the protection and revitalization of the industrial heritage of the plant. The designer will take Xi'an Cuihuashan White Cement Plant as the design scope, and the design will be guided by the concept of "rejuvenation and revitalization". Conduct comprehensive analysis and planning from aspects such as spatial function and landscape matching, followed by analysis from site research, crowd and function, and propose business formats. Based on this, summarize the "four zones, three belts, and one core" and "dynamic and static combination". At the same time, landscape walkways are designed to connect the space, and vertical transportation is provided to assist in the design of industrial heritage protection.

在没有做毕业设计以前觉得毕业设计只是对这几年来所学知识的单纯总结，但是通过这次做毕业设计发现自己的看法有点太片面。毕业设计不仅是对前面所学知识的一种检验，而且也是对自己能力的一种提高。通过这次毕业设计使我明白了自己原来知识还比较欠缺。自己要学习的东西还太多，以前老是觉得自己什么东西都会，什么东西都懂，有点眼高手低。通过这次毕业设计，我才明白学习是一个长期积累的过程，在以后的工作、生活中都应该不断的学习，努力提高自己知识和综合素质。注重理论与实践的相结合。
