本课题以葛牌镇废弃村委会房屋空间重构进行设计，有效地依托和利用资源，使民宿为旅客提供的居留空间得到有效而合理的延展；另一方面是营造人对天然材料与自然的和谐相应融入原村的整体肌理和空间组织关系中。运用设计营造一种“慢生活”的生活节奏气氛，将废弃的村委会房屋建筑重构拥有全新面貌及生命力，促进经济繁荣。

This paper designs the reconstruction of the abandoned village committee housing space in Gepai Town, effectively relies on and utilizes resources, so that the residential space provided by the homestay for passengers can be effectively and reasonably extended. On the other hand, it is to create a harmonious relationship between natural materials and nature into the overall texture and spatial organization of the original village. Using design to create a ' slow life ' pace of life atmosphere, the abandoned village committee building reconstruction has a new look and vitality, promote economic prosperity.  

本次毕业设计将葛牌镇民宿改造设计作为主要的研究内容。设计中在对现有的老旧房屋进行改造的同时保持原有建筑融入肌理结合材料制定设计方案，结合优秀的实际案例来进行设计参考，能将废弃的村委会房屋重构拥有全新面貌及生命力，吸引游客带动当地的产业，同时宣传了中国具有历史底蕴的乡村文化，对增强文化自信具有重要意义。

This graduation project takes the renovation design of Gepaizhen homestay as the main research content. In the design, while renovating the existing old houses, while maintaining the original building into the texture and combining materials to formulate a design plan, combined with excellent practical cases for design reference, the abandoned village committee houses can be reconstructed with a new look and vitality, attract tourists to drive local industries, and at the same time publicize China's rural culture with historical heritage, which is of great significance for enhancing cultural self-confidence.

毕业设计与论文是一个长期的过程，需要不断的进行修改，不断的阅读相关的文献。在此过程中我有许多的收获，由于在论文写作过程需要参考大量的文献，这也锻炼了我搜寻文献资料和总结概括文献的能力。除此之外，对我的专业能力也有所提高。在论文写作的过程中，我也发现了自己的不足。在写作过程中不够仔细，认真，论文中出现了较多的语法错误和书写错误。这也启示我在以后的学习和工作中，要更加认真仔细，要抓住学习的机会不断提升自己。

Graduation project and thesis is a long-term process, need to constantly modify, constantly read the relevant literature. In this process, I have learned a lot. As I need to refer to a large number of literatures in the process of paper writing, it also exercises my ability to search for literatures and summarize literatures. Besides, it also improved my professional ability. In the process of writing the paper, I also found my own shortcomings. In the process of writing, I was not careful and serious enough, and there were many grammatical errors and writing mistakes in the paper. This also inspires me to be more careful in my future study and work, and to seize the opportunity of learning to constantly improve myself.
