依托翠华山优质自然资源及其丰富的地域文化的基础上，针对西安翠华山白水泥厂的旧厂区进行更新改造设计，运用活化旧工业遗址的设计方法对翠华山水泥厂的工业遗产进行了充分的调研分析，充分考量当代年轻人的精神需求。年轻一代的民族意识觉醒，对于中国传统文化的认可度不断增强，宋代美学是我国传统文化的艺术瑰宝，尤其以宋代四艺为主的诗意化生活令人向往，受到年轻人的青睐，因而将宋代美学构想融入到老旧厂房的空间活化改造中，在空间布局中多使用宋代仿古材料以及黑白灰的配色；在室内装饰上选用窗花，屏风，山水画等古典元素；在材质使用上可以适量加入木结构，隔断处可以多应用竹制品，简洁大气，与传统民居气息相吻合，打造具有传统元素的中国风民宿建筑，叠加加亲子、休闲、文娱、购物等功能的综合性休闲空间。通过对场地周边的环境因素、使用人群以及当地诸多民宿空间进行充分实地调研以及资料查询，最终选择对原有保留厂区室内空间进行空间再设计以及通过特殊材料工艺的运用，从而达到对旧厂房的更新改造要求，使得整个旧厂区得到空间活化并达到吸引人群到达旧厂区进行消费住宿的目的。

In the interior decoration, classical elements such as window flowers, screens, and landscape paintings are selected. In the use of materials, an appropriate amount of wood structure can be added, and bamboo products can be used in the partitions. It is simple and elegant, which Chinese-style homestay architecture, superimposed with parent-child, leisure, entertainment, shopping and other functions of comprehensive leisure space. Through full field research and data inquiry on the environmental factors, users and many local homestay spaces around the site, we finally chose to redesign the indoor space of the original reserved factory and use special material technology, so as to meet the requirements of the renewal and transformation of the old factory, so that the whole old factory The area is activated in space and achieves the purpose of attracting people to the old factory for consumption and accommodation.
