设计基于大华1935老旧厂房进行改造，旨在在已有的空间之下，利用周边文化IP及历史环境，将商业空间变为历史和潮流结合的零售空间。在空旷厂房之中，通过一种传统美学的设计语言，将商品的历史文化性更加有效地展示出来，通过空间设计重现文化之美，给顾客以更好的体验。

The design is based on the old factory building of Dahua 1935, aiming to transform the commercial space into a retail space combining history and trend by using the surrounding cultural IP and historical environment under the existing space. In the empty factory, through a traditional aesthetic design language, the historical and cultural nature of the product is displayed more effectively, and the cultural beauty is reproduced through space design to give customers a better experience.

本次的毕业设计是对我大学四年的一个总结，在这几个月的时间里我的专业知识和专业技能都得到了提高，同时也让我认识到自己的欠缺和不足。通过这次设计的不断探究，我明白了学习是一个长期积累的过程，唯有不断学习，才能与时俱进，不被淘汰。无知者，以为学有涯；有知者，明白学无境。从现在起，让不断学习成为一种习惯，你所收获的将会是应对生活最大的底气。i

This graduation project is a summary of my four years in university. During these months, my professional knowledge and skills have been improved, and it has also made me realize my shortcomings and shortcomings. Through continuous exploration of this design, I have come to understand that learning is a long-term accumulation process. Only by constantly learning can we keep up with the times and not be eliminated. The ignorant believe that there is a limit to learning; Those who have knowledge understand that there is no limit to learning. 本次设计是对大学四年来的见证，辛勤劳动与快乐忧愁都在一次次践行之中，从前期的理论研究到场地分析、概念设计再到几轮方案的修改和推演，从草图的绘制到模型的制作，对于我们来说都是一次综合性的训练和考察，而成果是对我们最好的验证。追风赶月莫停留，平芜尽处是春山。只有不断向前，不忘初心，任时光流转，我们都会得到最好的自己。

This design is a witness to the four years of university, where hard work, happiness, and sorrow have been practiced time and time again. From preliminary theoretical research to site analysis, conceptual design, and several rounds of scheme modification and deduction, from sketch drawing to model production, it is a comprehensive training and inspection for us, and the results are the best validation for us.
