如今快速的经济发展，城市现代化建设的进行，加之社会面临的产业结构调整、城市范围的不断扩张等因素，导致传统的工业逐步衰退，遗留下大量废弃的工业遗址，成为阻碍城市发展的一大问题。与此同时，人们对土地资源的需求也日益增多，在城市建设的用地规模已临近土地利用控制指标的情况下，那些具有高历史文化价值、遗产价值、景观价值等的城市存量土地——工业遗址, 针对其的存在、改造、更新和再利用就产生了重要意义。设计以翠华山白水泥厂为例展开调研，以共生理念为指导，工业遗址改造更新为切入点，茶文化为触点重启翠华山白水泥厂的空间。探讨针对与环境共生的工业遗址的改造与更新方法，分析共生理念提出和收录的相关设计理论,归纳出万物和谐共生的设计概念。

Today's rapid economic development, urban modernization, coupled with the social adjustment of industrial structure, urban expansion and other factors, leading to the gradual decline of traditional industry, left a large number of abandoned industrial sites, has become a major obstacle to urban development. At the same time, People's demand for land resources is also increasing, with the scale of urban construction land near the land use control index, the existence, transformation, renewal and re-use of industrial sites, which have high historical and cultural values, heritage values and landscape values, are of great significance. Taking Cuihuashan White cement factory as an example, the design takes the symbiosis idea as the guide, the industrial site renovation as the cut-in point, and the tea culture as the contact point to restart the space of Cuihuashan White Cement Factory. This paper discusses the reconstruction and renewal methods of the industrial sites which have symbiosis with the environment, analyzes the related design theories put forward and included in the symbiosis concept, and sums up the design concept of the harmonious symbiosis of all things.

首先，我认为毕业设计需要我们具备一定的专业知识和技能。在我进行毕业设计的过程中，我需要运用到我在课堂上学习到的知识和技能，同时，毕业设计也是一个综合性的任务，需要我们将多个学科的知识进行整合，这对我们的专业能力提升非常有帮助。

The process of graduation design makes me understand that no matter what I do, I should be down-to-earth, serious and rigorous, practical and realistic attitude towards learning, not afraid of difficulties, perseverance, hard-working spirit, which is also my biggest benefit. I think this is a discipline of will, a promotion of my practical ability, and will be of great help to my future study and work.
