该设计以废旧的工业厂房为原型，以叙事性空间布局的设计手法进行空间的重新定义。立面设计以原有材料和新材料的有机结合，形成现代、简约的效果。在空间上，以保留一层柱网的初衷下，将空间分割出了互动、文创等功能定义。而通过走廊部分从建筑后侧旋梯登上二层，展现的是保留着具体框架下工业与现代结合的商业咖啡厅设计。

The design takes the abandoned industrial plant as the prototype and redefines the space with the design technique of narrative space layout. The façade design uses an organic combination of original and new materials to create a modern, minimalist effect. In terms of space, with the initial intention of retaining the column network on the first floor, the space is divided into functional definitions such as interaction and cultural creation. The corridor section, which ascends to the second floor from the rear side of the building by a spiral staircase, reveals a commercial cafe design that combines industry and modernity while retaining the specific framework.

毕设临近期尾，总结了自己新收获的一个想法：在设计里我们喜欢做自己擅长的内容。但是世事无常，面临不同场景不同建筑我需要改变一下自己的思维，尝试去接受那些“不喜欢的事”，打开一个新的领域，也许会给自己带来新的契机。我相信没有什么是一成不变的，只有改变才是唯一的不变。

At the end of the graduation period, I summarized my new idea: we like to do what we are good at in design. But things change and I need to change my thinking in different situations and different buildings, try to accept those "things I don't like", open a new field, and maybe bring myself new opportunities. I believe that nothing remains the same, only change is the only constant.

通过大学四年的不断学习和各种积累，一次次的作业优化，都是每一次的试错与经验。毕设的创作中遇到了很多或多或少的问题与小组之间的协调，但都在最大程度上互相配合与完成最后一个大学设计毕设，这都是会让我难忘的一次经历与体验，这只是一个开始，而不是一次的结束。

Through four years of continuous learning and various accumulations at university, the optimisation of the assignment time and time again has been a trial and error and experience for each of them. I encountered many problems in the creation of the project and the coordination between the groups, but they all cooperated with each other to the greatest extent and completed the last university design project, which is an experience that will make me unforgettable, and it is just a beginning, not an end at once.
