本方案针对雁鸣湖湿地生态系统破坏的问题，以生物多样性和碳中和的视角，通过修复湿地植被、强化水资源管理、建设湿地公园、湿地中心等方面改造，注重生态、环保和可持续发展，采用生态工程设施、种植湿地植被、建立科学水资源管理计划等，进行因地制宜的生物多样性保护和碳中和措施。将湿地生态系统和公园建设有机结合，鼓励公众加强对于湿地环境的保护，以实现生物多样性和碳中和的目标。

This plan aims at the destruction of Yanming Lake wetland ecosystem, and from the perspective of biodiversity and carbon neutrality, focuses on ecology, environmental protection and sustainable development through restoration of wetland vegetation, strengthening water resource management, construction of wetland parks, wetland centers and other aspects of transformation, adopts ecological engineering facilities, grows wetland vegetation, and establishes scientific water resource management plans to carry out biodiversity protection and carbon neutrality measures tailored to local conditions. Combine wetland ecosystem and park construction organically, and encourage the public to strengthen the protection of wetland environment to achieve the goal of biodiversity and carbon neutrality.
